Lovely Jaekan : The unpredictable Wee

At 16th January 2013, Jaekan is almost 4 months! Time didn't really fly especially those moments where Jaekan becomes unpredictable and challenging. But, nevertheless, he is lovely and wonderful in many ways.

 After confinement, i was managing alright till when Jaekan was almost 2 months old, his nap and bedtime became to change. He became pretty fussy at night before bedtime and i struggled with him for almost 2 hours every night! He will cry and wake up 10 to 30 minutes later after he was put to bed. He needed to be pat for quite long time. I was so tired every night! (Also plus all the night feedings) So, i decided to try to fit
Jaekan into some routine with the advice of June and Grace. It didnt work out beautifully at first. It affected his naps which became only 30 minutes. He became so cranky and fussy during his awake moments. I thought he hated me! It was really tough and I wasn't enjoying my motherhood at all. I was so frustrated and exhausted. He also refused to be bottle-fed periodically and only wanted to be breast-fed. He didn't like being left alone and loves to be carried all the time!

Jaekan 2.5 months old. So alert and curious all the time!

 Soon, Jaekan's bedtime became to work out slowly and he adjusted to the routine though he still takes 30 minutes naps. But, there were also good times (which i still dont know what happened) he will sleep for 2 hours or 1 hour during his afternoon naps. Though he is still so unpredictable-refusing bottles, refusing milk, sleeping alot or at times little and also waking up at different timing at night. Well, I decided to nickname him "unpredictable Wee". Of course, out of his unpredictability, he is one lovely baby.

 I love it when he talks to himself alot especially in the morning. Where he is happy, smiling and making happy sounds! When I come near to him and say "Good morning!" he will just smile and look at me happily.
I love it when i put him to naps, he talks and makes a fuss out of sleeping because he doesn't like to nap. Her looks so cute even when he cry and fuss especially when refusing his naps. He looked like he is faking his cries and complained, groaned, grumbled....with those sleepy, drowsy eyes and pop! Within a few minutes, he dozed off!

 I love it when he constantly seeks attention, hugs and kisses. He looks so contented when I showered him with so many kisses before his naps and bedtime. He simply just close his eyes and goes to sleep. The way he looks at me before he sleeps! So sweet.....

He also loves a book and is read to 3 times a day after his feeds. He will reach out the words and pictures with his hands. Focus throughout the book and always tries to turn the pages with his hands.

 I love it when he gets alert during outings and always looks around, observed with curiosity. He also loves a swim! Though he didnt smile but when he moves his hands and legs excitedly proves his excitement!

When can i have a swim again?
