1st Anniversary of Jon & Dawn Journey!!!!
Cheeros for us (our 1st anniversary is here!) Actually, we started dating on 15th February 2009 and got together exactly 15th May..But, Jon had exams in the month of May so we postpone our celebration to June. Thank you Mr Wee for planning it.. :))) really enjoyed myself and appreciate the time & effort.
Before, we gave each other 3months to get to know each other before we made the decision to get together. Actually the 3months thingy is my personal policy and I find it quite important...and good time for us to know each other..(our good & bad), whether we can get along etc..Jon didn't like the idea..hahaaa. Because when he expressed his interest in exploring a relationship w me, I told him that we could start by hanging out in a group. He wasn't for the idea but still went along. I thought it was very helpful for me, how he relate to his friends etc.. (I know I can be a little over intense on this stuff, well, thats' me.) Then we started hanging out on dates :)))
After Service @ CEFC BPJ, rushing down to AMK for movieS!!
We did get to eat @ Nebo AMK but pack lunch into cinemas (Ssshhh) The fish fillet cheese beef rice is really fantastic!
We watched 3 movies in a row!! MAN..we went into the first movie is Killers then revenge of furry and marmaduke! Its all comedy :))) Jon & I love a good laugh. The last movie was a surprise by Mr Wee!! We went in the movie, came out and went in 3 times! Hahaa.. what a surprise!
After 3 movies..catch our Zonk out face!! Hahaa..Check Jon's chipmunk teeth..heeheez so cute. He likes making funny faces now when we take pics. WHY Mr wee? Don't you like your original face? After everything..we still have a dinner appointment with my dad :)
In a relationship, its really important (esp for us females) to really spend quality time together, and to make an effort to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, V'days together. Its a time where males can go an extra mile to make his partner feel special, loved and appreciated. Not that we don't know that we are special or loved, but females do NEED and CRAVE for that kind of romance and attention. Such little things is important :))
