Do What I Want You To Do Date
Waaahaaaa..!! Its Dawn's "Do what I want Jon to do date!" Its a day where I could ask him to do and eat whatever I wanted!! :)) (should I abuse it??) Anyway, its something fun that I thought of for our journey together. To have a day where either partner can plan a special date where he or she has to follow through..to encourage compromising, sharing interests/activities and enjoy each other :) We had fun!
The day started at lunch time around 1plus @ woodlands Mos burger :) I love Mos burger actually. Its my fav fast food restaurant, so naturally, as i decide, i pulled Jon to enjoy Mos with me. Its no prob for Jon who is not fussy over food. :)

After that, we proceed to Marina Barage for Kite flying!! Yes!Yes! Something I really like doing and enjoyed very much! I have never been to Marina Barage and is really excited going there! Unfortunately, both Jon & myself had headache that day due to funny weather so couldn't feel the excitment to the fullest. Plus weather @ Marina is really hot!!

Yaaayyyyaaa....!! We reached to Marina Barage! I was so excited flying kites! Look at how beautiful those gates are! We brought our own to fly too! But the metal thingy from the kite fell off and we lost it! Awww...imagine my disappointment that we might not fly the kite as planned. However, Jon worked pretty hard to find innovative ways to replace the metal thingy with something else..we took quite some time for that. Then, we discovered that there was a abandoned kite somewhere and we took the metal thingy from that kite! So, in no time, we were trying our kite :))

After our kite flying, we went to see Toy Story 3 (3D)..the movie wasn't as good as I expected it. But, we had a wonderful time :)) Heehee..

*Thank God for His immerse favor!!*
Jon and myself applied for BTO flat (Sengkang & punggol). For Sengkang (Fernvale) we had quite a bad number (5 hundred over) and way out of selecting a flat. Anyway, i was more keen in the Punggol flat as its nearer to MRT plus Punggol has pretty sights! :)) After the Sengkang flat number is released, we felt alittle down..(Jon prefers SK as there is a balcony) but, we decided to trust in the Lord :))
Jon and his dad went over to punggol and pray over the land.. :)) just yesterday, we gotten our number..its the number 30!!
Its like God's assurance for us, His provision, favor and love upon us! Thank you God! We praise You!

3 room: 763 (there are only 201 flats)
4 room: 4826 (there are only 609 flats)
5 room: 2915 (there are only 431 flats)

1st Anniversary of Jon & Dawn Journey!!!!
Cheeros for us (our 1st anniversary is here!) Actually, we started dating on 15th February 2009 and got together exactly 15th May..But, Jon had exams in the month of May so we postpone our celebration to June. Thank you Mr Wee for planning it.. :))) really enjoyed myself and appreciate the time & effort.
Before, we gave each other 3months to get to know each other before we made the decision to get together. Actually the 3months thingy is my personal policy and I find it quite important...and good time for us to know each other..(our good & bad), whether we can get along etc..Jon didn't like the idea..hahaaa. Because when he expressed his interest in exploring a relationship w me, I told him that we could start by hanging out in a group. He wasn't for the idea but still went along. I thought it was very helpful for me, how he relate to his friends etc.. (I know I can be a little over intense on this stuff, well, thats' me.) Then we started hanging out on dates :)))
After Service @ CEFC BPJ, rushing down to AMK for movieS!!
We did get to eat @ Nebo AMK but pack lunch into cinemas (Ssshhh) The fish fillet cheese beef rice is really fantastic!
We watched 3 movies in a row!! MAN..we went into the first movie is Killers then revenge of furry and marmaduke! Its all comedy :))) Jon & I love a good laugh. The last movie was a surprise by Mr Wee!! We went in the movie, came out and went in 3 times! Hahaa.. what a surprise!
After 3 movies..catch our Zonk out face!! Hahaa..Check Jon's chipmunk teeth..heeheez so cute. He likes making funny faces now when we take pics. WHY Mr wee? Don't you like your original face? After everything..we still have a dinner appointment with my dad :)
In a relationship, its really important (esp for us females) to really spend quality time together, and to make an effort to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, V'days together. Its a time where males can go an extra mile to make his partner feel special, loved and appreciated. Not that we don't know that we are special or loved, but females do NEED and CRAVE for that kind of romance and attention. Such little things is important :))
